These terms govern your use of Habajee — Bangladesh's real money gaming platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page.

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Habajee. One account per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals require identity verification for amounts above ৳10,000. Processing times and limits are detailed in the payment section.

Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Habajee reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Fair Play & Security

All games use a provably fair system. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated betting tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Responsible Gaming

Habajee provides deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion tools. Players who show signs of problem gambling may be contacted by our support team. We take our duty of care seriously.

Privacy & Data

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Habajee platform at habajee.app, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Habajee. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Habajee terms and conditions apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who accesses any game, feature, or service offered through habajee.app. Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use Habajee under any circumstances. We take underage access seriously and will close any account found to belong to a minor.


2 Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on Habajee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
  • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with Habajee or any affiliated platform.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Habajee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete. This is not a punitive measure — it is a standard safeguard that protects both you and the integrity of the platform.

Habajee is designed exclusively for players in Bangladesh. All payment methods, customer support, and game interfaces are optimised for the Bangladesh market.


3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one Habajee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If Habajee detects duplicate accounts, all accounts involved may be closed and any balances forfeited without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Habajee terms and conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Habajee will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

  • Keep your login credentials private and do not share them with anyone.
  • Enable two-factor authentication from your account settings for added security.
  • Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
  • Notify Habajee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Any activity that takes place on your Habajee account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us in writing before the activity occurred.


4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Habajee processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure channels. Habajee does not store your mobile banking credentials on its servers.

Deposits are credited to your Habajee account balance in real time under normal circumstances. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

Withdrawals are processed within three seconds for amounts below ৳10,000 where no additional verification is required. For withdrawals of ৳10,000 or above, identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the withdrawal can be processed. KYC documents include a valid national ID card or passport.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
  • KYC threshold: ৳10,000 per withdrawal
  • Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
  • Habajee does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Habajee reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or an ongoing investigation into the account. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

Funds deposited on Habajee must be used for gaming purposes. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing any bets may be treated as an attempt to use the platform as a payment processor, which is prohibited.


5 Bonuses & Promotions

Habajee offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply to all Habajee bonuses.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The standard wagering requirement on Habajee is 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. For example, a ৳500 bonus requires ৳10,000 in total bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

  • Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device.
  • Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
  • Habajee reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
  • If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless otherwise specified.

Habajee may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform or by email to registered players. Continued participation in a promotion after changes have been announced constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


6 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on Habajee — including Space Max, Diamond Tycoon, Rummy, Double Exposure Blackjack, Shade Dragon Fishing, Crash Bonus, and Texas Hold'em — has its own set of game-specific rules. These rules are accessible from within each game interface and form part of these Habajee terms and conditions by reference.

All bets placed on Habajee are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted. In the event of a technical error that affects a game round — such as a disconnection or server fault — Habajee will use the game log to determine the correct outcome. If the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account.

Habajee uses a provably fair system for all games. This means that every game result is generated using a cryptographic commitment made before the round begins. You can verify any result using the server seed and your client seed, which are both accessible from your account settings. The provably fair system ensures that Habajee cannot alter a result after a round has started.

  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
  • Bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to different limits as specified in the bonus terms.
  • Habajee reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a software malfunction.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Habajee is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games such as Rummy and Texas Hold'em.
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering or using Habajee to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing Habajee staff or other players through any communication channel.

Habajee monitors all accounts and game activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Our security systems flag unusual betting patterns, rapid account switching, and other indicators of abuse. If your account is flagged, you may be asked to provide additional verification before withdrawals are processed.

8 Responsible Gaming

Habajee believes that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. We are committed to providing tools and resources that help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

  • Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
  • Loss Limits — Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
  • Session Time Limits — Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

  • Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Privacy & Data

Habajee collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions. By registering on Habajee, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with our legal obligations. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details, and game activity records. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Habajee uses industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Payment credentials are never stored on Habajee's servers — all payment processing is handled directly by the respective mobile banking providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

Habajee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Habajee shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
  • Losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits Habajee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you have a dispute about a game result or a transaction, please contact our support team before taking any other action. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.

Gambling involves financial risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Habajee is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform.


11 Account Termination

You may close your Habajee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

Habajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

  • A player has breached any part of these terms and conditions.
  • A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Habajee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
  • A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
  • A player is subject to a self-exclusion order that Habajee is required to enforce.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these terms, Habajee reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. You will be notified of the outcome in writing.


12 Changes to Terms

Habajee may update these terms and conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes — such as corrections to spelling or formatting — may be made without notice.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the Habajee platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the change takes effect. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.
